All engineering services, complementary studies and detailed design of the project, procurement of materials and construction of the watertight diaphragm, removal of fill material from the upper shell and restoration of the shell, procurement of watertight wall materials and plastic concrete, complementary injection operations, removal of rocks from the tunnel floor and shotcrete operations, procurement of materials and casting concrete at the upper shell, completion and refurbishment of crest components, repair and reinstallation of instrumentation
