Ghala Company is an experienced organization involved in contracting, design, and supervision of water, utility, road, and building projects. Established in 1992, the company is committed provide contracting services, as specified by its mission statement, in accordance with principles of professional ethics. Aiming at continuous improvement of the company activities, implementation of integrated management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 as an effective tool. Accordingly the company is committed to observe requirements of the said standards in order to realize the following goals:
Continuous improvement of processes with the help of strategic planning and management
Development of process approach in leadership and management of the organization and carrying out reality-based performance evaluations
Understanding needs, requirements, and expectations of customers/clients and other stakeholders in order to improve their satisfaction and eliminate their complaints
Paying attention to the qualified and skilled staff and continuous development of their knowledge and skills
Management of the organizational knowledge in order to promote the staffs’ effective involvement in realization of the company goals
Making effective use of available resources in order to improve efficiency and quality of services
Observing safety, occupational health, and environment regulations and going beyond such regulations
Commitment to online delivery of the projects in accordance with the set schedule
Identifying and managing risks in all processes
